404 Errors & No input file specified
404 Error messages and No input file specified errors in ShopManager are typically caused by one of 3 things:
- Mod_Rewrite not enabled on the server,
- .htaccess file missing - some FTP clients will not copy the .htaccess file. You will need to rename it (to htaccess.txt or similar), upload, re-rename back to .htaccess, or
- .htaccess file not compatible with your server. Usually, changing line 3 of the .htaccess file from:
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php/$1 [L] to
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php?/$1 [L] (Note the question mark)If none of these are applicable or correct your problem, please submit a support ticket for us to investigate.
